Review Process
Global Synthesis in Education Journal (GSE-Journal) applies the following peer review policies:
- Submitted manuscripts will undergo pre-review by an editor, primarily checking adherence to the journal's scope and templates. During this process, the editor will communicate with the author to determine if the manuscript is suitable to advance to peer reviewers or requires revision/declination.
- Manuscripts passing the initial screening will then be sent to 2 reviewers to evaluate content through a review method.
- The peer review considers factors such as originality, objectivity, methodology, scientific impact, conclusions, and references.
- Reviewers will provide suggestions for revisions and recommend acceptance or rejection.
- Editors make the final decision to accept or reject by taking into account reviewer feedback on how well each submission meets the journal’s standards.
- The editor’s decision is final.
In summary, this rigorous peer-review system aims to ensure high quality scholarly work is published through multiple stages of independent expert evaluation and revision. This process underpins the academic integrity and progression of scientific knowledge disseminated by the journal.
