Call for Editors

 

Dear Professors and Doctors,

The Global Synthesis in Education Journal is the a new Journal in interdicipline research. All research articles published in this journal go through a rigorous peer review process that involves initial editorial screening and refereeing by at least two anonymous referees. This type of high-quality scholarly communication demands academic collaboration. The journal is professionally managed by a team of editors drawn from the academic and practitioner communities, as well as a journal administrator, for fixed periods of time. As a result, the GSE-Journal seeking scholars with a strong academic background who desire to leave their imprint on the sands of time to serve as editors.

The editor plays a critical role in dealing with any received information, complaints, or misconduct by the author or reviewer. The editor serves as the primary point of contact for authors, reviewers, and the publisher. The robust editorial team's aim will be to guarantee that the The Global Synthesis in Education Journal (GSE) continues to publish great articles from all areas of evaluation and research in education that have substantial policy implications. The Editor-in-Chief will oversee the quality, integrity, and efficiency of all peer-review procedures, and will participate independently in making article publication choices with the Editorial Team.

Applicants for the role of Editor should have a strong background in academic education research. Applicants should also demonstrate evidence of leadership brilliance, new thinking about journals, managerial competence, and collaborative skills. The ideal applicant will have experience reading and managing journal papers. Applications should include:
1. A curriculum vitae (CV).
2. A summary of your philosophy on evaluation and research in education, your editorship, and your vision for the next five years (1 page maximum).
